By purchasing any service on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2.Description of Services

Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC provides professional:

Bilingual virtual assistance

Administrative and back office support

Operational and customer support services across multiple U.S. time zones

Specialized services customized to the client’s needs

All services are delivered through prepaid hourly packages and performed by qualified personnel assigned according to the client’s requirements.

3.Hour Packages and Validity

The available hour packages are: 20, 40, 80, 120, and 160 hours.

Validity Period

20 and 40-hour packages → valid for 60 calendar days from the date of payment.

80, 120, and 160-hour packages → valid for 90 calendar days from the date of payment.

Hours expire automatically at the end of the validity period or when fully consumed, whichever occurs first.

Hours are not cumulative, transferable, refundable, or exchangeable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred between clients, billing cycles, or future packages.

4.Service Onboarding (Kick-Off Meeting)

Clients must participate in a kick-off meeting and provide the following:

  • Time zone
  • Days of service
  • Preferred working hours
  • Role requirements and operational guidelines
  • Any additional information necessary for service delivery

Failure to provide this information may delay onboarding and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5.Service Letter

Upon payment, the client will receive a Service Letter containing:

  • Confirmation of the purchased package
  • Name of the assigned representative
  • Request for the client’s time zone
  • Request for days and working schedule
  • General service details
  • Instructions or a link to schedule the kick-off meeting

Service scheduling will not begin until the client provides the requested time zone, availability, and operational details.

The Service Letter constitutes the formal start of Global BSS’s internal onboarding procedures, without guaranteeing a fixed delivery timeframe for assistant assignment, as this depends on operational availability and service requirements.

6.Service Hours and Modifications

Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC operates 24/7.

Clients may request schedule modifications if:

  • The request is submitted in writing
  • There is a justified reason
  • Notice is given at least 48 hours in advance
  • The company will review and confirm feasibility based on operational capacity.

7.Client Portal

When available, the Client Portal will provide access to:

  • Purchased hours
  • Consumed hours
  • Activity reports
  • Shared files
  • Assigned assistant information
  • Invoices, documents, and notifications
  • The Portal is considered part of the standard service infrastructure.

8.Payments

All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, in USD.

Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC does not store full credit card information.
Stripe handles payment processing under PCI-DSS certified security standards.

9.Refund Policy

A refund will be issued only if Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC cannot demonstrate reasonable attempts to contact the client to begin services.

Valid evidence includes:

  • Emails sent
  • Phone calls
  • Text messages
  • Meeting invitations
  • Service Letter delivered
  • System-generated contact logs

Refunds do NOT apply when:

  • Evidence of attempted contact exists
  • The client fails to reply to communications
  • The client does not attend the kick-off meeting
  • Hours expire due to lack of use
  • The client voluntarily cancels services
  • Services have already begun or an assistant has been assigned

10.Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services at any time; however:

  • Unused hours are non-refundable
  • Time already worked cannot be compensated

11.Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain appropriate communication with their assistant
  • Follow agreed operational guidelines
  • Use services lawfully and ethically

12.Limitation of Liability

Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Losses arising from inaccurate client information
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or service providers
  • Any content provided by the client

13.Amendments

Global Business & Staffing Solutions LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14.1. Mediation

Any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms or the services provided shall first be submitted to mandatory mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator.

14.2. Binding Arbitration

If mediation does not result in resolution, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules applicable in Wyoming.

The arbitration award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3. Waiver of Public Litigation

Both parties expressly waive the right to pursue claims through public court litigation, except for actions required to enforce or challenge an arbitration award.
